Consideration of adopting resolution 16-23 proclaiming of a Local State of Emergency, due to severe weather in February and March 2023, as required by the California Emergency Services Act Article 14, Section 8630(b); delegating authority to the County Administrative Officer to order any necessary action to take any directly related and immediate action required by this emergency, and procure the necessary equipment, services, and supplies for those purposes, without giving notice for bids to let contracts pursuant to Public Contract Code section 22050 and Tuolumne Ordinance Code section 3.22.060; and authorizing the civil engineer under the direction of the County Director of Transportation to have any work upon County highways done under their supervision and direction pursuant to California Public Contract Code, Section 20395(c).
