21. Consideration of approving an agreement and certificate of acceptance for the purchase of real property located at 136 Columbia Way, Sonora, California, (Assessor’s Parcel Number 035-241-013-000) from Satellite Healthcare, Inc., in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00), authorizing the County Administrator to execute all documents in escrow, and finding that the purchase and operation of the project is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3), 15326, 15301, 15303, and 15332 under the State CEQA Guidelines. 22. Consideration of approving an agreement and certificate of acceptance for the purchase of real property located at 720 Snell Street, Sonora, California, (Assessor’s Parcel Number 035-360-002-000) from Mark Silva, in the amount of five hundred sixty five thousand dollars ($565,000.00), authorizing the County Administrator to execute all documents in escrow, and finding that the purchase and operation of the project is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3), 15326, 15301, 15303, and 15532 under the State CEQA Guidelines. 23. Consideration of approving an agreement and certificate of acceptance for the purchase of real properties located at 18740 State Highway 108, Jamestown, California, (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 059-050-030-000 & 059-050-031-000) from Miner's Motel, LLC, in the amount of one million eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,850,000.00), authorizing the County Administrator to execute all documents in escrow, and finding that the purchase and operation of the project is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15061(b) (3),15326, 15301, 15303 under the State CEQA Guidelines.

Consideration of adopting Resolution 120-23 establishing the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program for the unincorporated areas of Tuolumne County; consenting to the inclusion of properties in the unincorporated areas of Tuolumne County in the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) Open PACE program; approving the related tax collection agreement providing for collection of C-PACE assessments by the tax collector in the same manner as property taxes.
