02:14:5311:00 a.m. Consideration of approving an agreement and certificate of acceptance for the purchase of real property located at 22039 Parrotts Ferry Road, (Assessor’s Parcel Number 032-240-001-000) Sonora, California from Christian Sharp, a married man as his sole and separate property and Carolyn Sharp, a married woman as her sole and separate property, as joint tenants, in the amount of nine hundred thousand twenty- five thousand dollars ($925,000) authorizing the County Administrator to execute all documents in escrow, and finding that the purchase and operation of the project is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3), 15301, and 15326 of the State CEQA Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA.
