9. Consideration of adopting Resolution 16-24 proclaiming April 7-13 as National Library Week, April 8 as Right to Read Day, April 9 as National Library Workers' Day in Tuolumne County, April 10 as National Library Outreach Day, April 11 as Take Action for Libraries Day, and encourage all County residents to visit the library this week to take advantage of the wonderful resources they provide to help build a strong community.

11:00 a.m. Consideration of approving an agreement and certificate of acceptance for the purchase of real property located at 22039 Parrotts Ferry Road, (Assessor’s Parcel Number 032-240-001-000) Sonora, California from Christian Sharp, a married man as his sole and separate property and Carolyn Sharp, a married woman as her sole and separate property, as joint tenants, in the amount of nine hundred thousand twenty- five thousand dollars ($925,000) authorizing the County Administrator to execute all documents in escrow, and finding that the purchase and operation of the project is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3), 15301, and 15326 of the State CEQA Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA.

11. Consideration of waiving the first reading of an ordinance amending Title 15 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code, amending Section 15.04.010(B) and adding Sections 15.04.020(S) and 15.04.020(T) regarding local amendments to the California Residential Code Appendix AQ, and setting a second reading for adoption on April 16, 2024. Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3) of the State CEQA Guidelines.

12. Closed Session-CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Gov. Code Section 54956.9(d)(3)).-Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Section 54956.9(d)(3): One (1) case. See attached letter from County Counsel regarding the threat of litigation as required by Fowler v. City of Lafayette.
