Resolution 73-24 for Agricultural Preserve Alteration AP23-001 to disestablish Agricultural Preserve 71-3 and modify Agricultural Preserve 4 by the addition of 239.89 acres (APNs 063-070-006 & 058-230-001) and removal of 1.28 acres (a portion of APN 063-070-056). 2.) Ordinance for Zone Change RZ23-008 to rezone two parcels, APN's 058-230-001 and 063-070-006, from AE-37 to AE-37:AP , and rezone a 1.28 acre portion of APN 063-070-056 from AE- 37:AP to AE-37 under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code to facilitate a Lot Line Adjustment. 3.) Approval of serving a Notice of Non- Renewal on a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 063-070-056 (1.28 acres), and APN's 063-070-071 and 063-070-069 (65.77 acres) for non- compliance with Resolution 106-04. 4.) Application for Williamson Act Contract WA23-001 through Williamson Act Contract WA23-004 to rescind two existing Williamson Act Contracts (05WA-112 and 04WA-70) and enter into four new contracts pursuant to Tuolumne County Resolution 106-04, including approval of the Agriculture Managements Plans: A. WA23-001 consisting of 447.12 acres; B. WA23-003 consisting of 257.7 acres; C. WA23-003 consisting of 842.91 acres; D. WA23-004 consisting of 448.9 acres.
