Consideration of approving the Real Property Donation, Regulatory, and Use Agreement for the Miner’s Motel property at 18740 Highway 108 to convey the property to Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County, approving the Subrecipient Agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County for Rehabilitation of 18740 Highway 108 in the amount not to exceed one million two hundred twelve thousand nine hundred sixty-six dollars ($1,212,966) dollars with a term ending September 30, 2026, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign all related documents

Consideration of approving the Ambulance Services Agreement between the County of Tuolumne and Mercy Medical Transport, Inc., with a base contract amount of $6,556,467, subject to annual increases, plus additional compensation for performance-based incentives, as included in the Fiscal Year 2026–27 Adopted Ambulance Enterprise Fund Budget.
