Consideration of a. finding that there was sufficient cause to take actions on an emergency basis to implement necessary repairs to two 54-inch culvert pipes across Willow Springs Drive near Soulsbyville Road; b. Ratifying the execution of emergency contracts, purchase orders, and emergency actions taken by the Director of Public Works, or her designee, in response to the identified emergency (4/5th vote required); and c. Authorizing the Director of Public Works to accept the improvements and file a Notice of Completion.

Consideration of approving a Temporary Concession Agreement with Joe McGrath to operate the Lake Tulloch RV, Campground, and Marina until October 31, 2026, and discussion and direction to staff concerning the status of the facilities, needed improvements, and procurement of long-term concession services.
