2) Public Hearing to Consider: Red Tail Ridge, Ordinance for Zone Change RZ21-014 to rezone two parcels totaling a 13.8 acre parcel from AE-37(Exclusive Agricultural, Thirty-Seven Acre Minimum) to RE-10 (Residential Estate, Ten Acre Minimum) district under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code

1) Public Hearing to Consider: Stanhope, Ordinance for Zone Change RZ22-003 to rezone a 9.96 acre parcel zoned A-10 (General Agricultural, Ten Acre Minimum) as follows: 1.35 acre portion to A-20 (General Agriculture, Twenty Acre Minimum) 8.61 acre portion of a 9.96 acre parcel from A-10 (General Agricultural, Ten Acre Minimum) to AE-37 (Exclusive Agricultural, Thirty-Seven Acre Minimum)

Consideration of awarding a contract in the amount of $761,304.85 to Sinclair General Engineering Construction, Inc. to perform the work as shown in the plans and Bid Book for Contract No. 1730, “Kewin Mill Road Rehabilitation Project,” and authorizing the Chair to sign.

Consideration of rescinding Resolution 23-15 and approving the 2022 Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors Governance Manual.
